Repairs

Aptoz provides EASA or FAA approved repairs or repair specifications as:

  1. Unrepaired damage (fly-on)
  2. Temporary repairs
  3. Permanent repairs

We repair composite and metal structure that is damaged beyond structural repair limits. We routinely provide MRO repairs for cowlings, thrust reversers and other removable components that the OEMs want you to remove and send to shop. We provide AOG fly-ons with unrepaired damage and also repairs to all parts of the fuselage, empennage, wings and other structure primary or secondary and also fatigue critical structure.

We provide stage 1 (static), 2 (fatigue and damage tolerance) and 3 (inspection program) approvals. We can even provide stage 2 and 3 if the OEM has only provided stage 1.
