Aptoz provides EASA or FAA approved repairs or repair specifications as:
We repair composite and metal structure that is damaged beyond structural repair limits. We routinely provide MRO repairs for cowlings, thrust reversers and other removable components that the OEMs want you to remove and send to shop. We provide AOG fly-ons with unrepaired damage and also repairs to all parts of the fuselage, empennage, wings and other structure primary or secondary and also fatigue critical structure.
We provide stage 1 (static), 2 (fatigue and damage tolerance) and 3 (inspection program) approvals. We can even provide stage 2 and 3 if the OEM has only provided stage 1.
The CF6-80C engines on the 767 have two different versions of door opening systems that open the thrust reverser halves for access to the engine during maintenance.
This change is done to prepare installation of engines with PDOS system on aircraft that is not provisioned for PDOS system, therefore the MDOS procedure can only be used for opening and closing of the thrust reversers halves for maintenance access.
The FIELD AVIATION temporary Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Removal STC allows for continued operations of the aircraft with the APU removed.

Fokker Services provides certified engineering support for the full demodification process, ensuring compliance, traceability, and airworthiness restoration aligned with the requirements of the new lessee or owner.
