Installation of a Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) in accordance with the Master Drawing List (AA-09033 Revision D, dated October 26, 2010 or later FAA approved revision). Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (Report No. AA-09040 Revision 0, dated November 9, 2010, or later FAA approved revision) is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (Report No. AA-09041 Revision B, dated November 9, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision) is required.

Installation of a Cargo Mirror in accordance with the Master Drawing List AA-09031 Revision D dated February 11, 2010 or later FAA approved revision. It includes Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (Report No. AA-09030) containing Airspeed limitations for flight with mirror extended and stowed position. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, AAI Report No. AA-09029 Revision A, dated February 3, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision is required.

Airfilm Nose Utility Mount is designed in accordance with FAA Approved Master Drawing List, AFM-NM429-10, Revision N/C, dated August 1, 2011, install per Installation Instructions AFM-NM-006, dated October 7, 2011, operated in accordance with Airfilm’s Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement AFM-NM-005, dated October 17, 2011, and maintained per Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AFM-NM-008 dated August 1, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions for all documents.

Installation of Airfilm Tail Utility Mount in accordance with FAA Approved Master Drawing List, AFM-AM429-10, Revision N/C, dated August 1, 2011, installed per Installation Instructions AFM-AM-006, dated October 7, 2011, operated in accordance with Airfilm’s Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. AFM-AM-005, dated October 17, 2011, and maintained per Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AFM-NM-008 dated August 1, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions for all documents.

Installation of EMS Equipment P/N 429020-501 & 429020-502 must be in accordance with Aerolite Max Bucher GMBH Master Document List MDL-10-006, Rev. B dated April 29, 2011. This modification is required to be maintained in accordance with Aerolite Operations Manuals OPM-429020-501, Rev. A, dated March 1, 2011 & OPM-429020-502, dated January 19, 2011, respectively. EASA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement FMS-429020-501, Rev. A & FMS429020-502, Rev. 0, respectively, are required with these installation.
