Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (Report No. AA-09040 Revision 0, dated November 9, 2010, or later FAA approved revision) is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (Report No. AA-09041 Revision B, dated November 9, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision) is required.
