Modifies the aircraft to install an AlliedSignal Flight Data Acquisition Unit, part number 965-0649-004, and status relay, installation of wiring from sensors and autopilot system to the FDAU, installation of wiring from the FDAU to the flight data recorder, installation of a circuit breaker for the new sensors, and re-routing of some existing wiring. The installation is in accordance with DAS-1-WE Approved United Air Lines Master Document List No. 00553 dated August 17, 1999, or later FAA approved revisions.
