FMZ-2000 FMS Version 6.1 Upgrade
Overview
Introduction
Honeywell FMZ-2000 has been one of the most popular FMS options for jet and business aircraft since the 90s. However, earlier software versions of this FMS are becoming obsolete and new airspace requirements mandate an upgrade in order to be allowed to use certain flight routes and approach procedures.
New Version 6.1 is compatible with PBN requirements for the use of SIDs and STARs and LPV approaches. Sirium offers an already approved solution for the upgrade of FMS software together with the installation of SBAS CMA-3024 GNSS Sensors for full compatibility in Falcon 900.
Your needs
From 2021, Honeywell has started an end-of-life program for aircraft equipped with FMS software versions lower than 6.1, for which navigation database fees will increase. This upgrade can be accomplished by means of Honeywell Service Bulletin for which approval at aircraft level can be provided by Sirium Aerotech.

Product Description
Sirium Aerotech offers an approved turnkey solution for your fleet with a minimal installation time and cost. Our STC will install 2 new SBAS GNSS sensors replacing existing ones. Also we will provide approval to Honeywell Service Bulletin for FMS upgrade to version 6.1 at aircraft level by means of EASA approved modification.
Modification is available with and without installation kit so that you can get rid of logistics problems or get parts from your local supplier.
All necessary supplements for continued safe operation of the aircraft will be issued including Airplane Flight Manual, Master Minimum Equipment List, Maintenance Manual and Illustrated Parts Catalog.
Also the solution can be customized to your specific needs and an AOG service is available for customers with tight installation schedules.
