Installation of vortex generators on the wings and tail surfaces of the above model aircraft in accordance with Drawing Package MA2165, Revision IR, dated February 14, 2002, and Installation Manual MA2166, Revision IR, dated February 25, 2002, or later FAA approved revision of either of these documents.
