•EU: Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009
•EU: Commission Regulation (EU) No 2017/605
and will prohibit the use of Halon file units per 1 Jan 2025.
Your needs
A Engineering Bulletin that allow the installation of an Halon alternative that minimizes the impact on your organisation, including supplement to the IPC as applicable.
The alternative that we offer has:
HAFEX (a.k.a. Halotron BrX) filled units. The extinguishing performance of HAFEX agent is accepted as replacement for HALON 1211 and HALON 2402.
As the bottle is different ( +60 gr for the 2,27 Kg bottle), also the bracket needs to be changed. Total weight is ca 2,5 Kg, which is similar or less then the typical current installation.
