Introduction

Airlines are increasingly interested in reducing hidden moisture accumulation within aircraft structures. Fuselage condensation can lead to water-saturated insulation ("wet blankets"), added aircraft weight (up to 200 kg) , corrosion, moisture-related system issues, and even rain-in-cabin events. With today's high aircraft utilization and limited drying time between flights, moisture can accumulate unnoticed over time, impacting reliability, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.

Your needs

Keep your aircraft lighter, drier, and more reliable with an active solution that addresses moisture at its source.

Your benefits

·         Prevents hidden moisture build-up

·         Reduces wet insulation blankets

·         Reduce excess weight (up to 200 kg)

·         Minimizes corrosion risk

·         Lowers moisture-related maintenance

·         Helps prevent rain-in-cabin events

·         Improves aircraft reliability and dispatch performance

·         Supports lower fuel consumption and emissions

·         Controlling humidity levels

Product Description

Our Anti-Condensation System is an active moisture prevention solution designed to stop condensation before it forms.

By continuously supplying dry air to areas most susceptible to condensation, such as the fuselage crown and upper sidewall sections, the system maintains humidity levels below the condensation threshold during both flight and ground operations. This prevents moisture accumulation within insulation blankets, structural interfaces, and around electrical equipment.

Unlike passive approaches, the system actively manages moisture in hidden areas where water typically becomes trapped and remains undetected. The solution operates independently from the aircraft's existing air conditioning system and does not affect its normal operation or performance.
