Replace the free flow oxygen system with a non-free flow system in the passenger cabin, galleys, lavatories, and crew rest areas, in accordance with Flight Structures, Inc. Master Drawing List 96FS647-D81, Revision D, dated March 4, 1997, or a later FAA-approved revision .
