Installation of Aircell Iridium ST-3100 single channel SATCOM system. Certification Basis Limitations Duncan Aviation Master Drawing List 041008020, Revision A, dated December 22, 2006 or later FAA approved revision. Conditions Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product , the holder shall give the other personwritten evidence of that permission.
