Fabrication of Onboard Systems Model 200-243-00 or 200-243-01 Cargo Hook Load Weigh System in accordance with FAA Approved Onboard Systems Master Drawing List No. 155-046-00, revision 14, dated April 5, 2010, or later FAA approved revision; and installation of this cargo hook load weigh system in accordance with FAA approved Onboard Systems Owner’s Manual No. 120-082-00, revision 9, dated March 29, 2010, or later FAA approved revision. Inspect this cargo hook load weigh system in accordance with Section 4 of Onboard Systems Owner’s Manual No. 120-082-00, revision 9, dated March 29, 2010, or later FAA approved revision.

Increase of Out of Ground Effect (OGE) and In Ground Effect (IGE) Hover Performance for the Sikorsky S-61L, S-61N and S-61NM Helicopters

Installation of Auxiliary External Torque Gauge and External Load Meter in accordance with VIH Aerospace Inc., Master Document List VS61-0715J-MDL, Revision A, Dated January 24, 2011, approved by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCAA) on February 15, 2011, or later TCCA approved revisions.
