Gogo Galileo FDX – advanced satellite connectivity, certified by QCM Design.
The Gogo Galileo FDX Satcom System is designed to deliver high-performance in-flight connectivity through advanced satellite communication technology.
The system features the Gogo Galileo Full Duplex (FDX) Satellite Terminal Equipment (STE), which integrates the antenna, modem and power supply into a single Line Replaceable Unit (LRU).
The FDX antenna is installed on the upper fuselage of the Airbus A340 and integrated with the aircraft's onboard communication and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
The complete installation includes SDR Gateway routers, Wi-Fi hubs, cabin Wi-Fi antennas and associated networking equipment, providing internet connectivity throughout the aircraft cabin.
The system is designed to support effective Wi-Fi signal distribution, allowing passengers and crew to benefit from modern in-flight connectivity services.
