ADS-B out capability with Extended Squitter for operation in airspace with ADS-B requirement.
The ADS-B Out function provides the avenue for aircraft to continuously broadcast data containing aircraft position, heading, and velocity. This data is supplied directly to the existing TDR-94D Transponder from the existing GNSS sensor in the UNS-1Fw Navigation Computer Unit (NCU). Furthermore, the ADS-B Out broadcast data contains the Mode A/C and S interrogation parameters (when available) including the Pressure Altitude, Mode A Code, and Aircraft Address supplied directly to the TDR-94D Transponder from the existing Air Data Computer, CTL-92E Control Unit, and the Aircraft Address box, respectively.
