Ability to offer hot meal service.
Provides hot meal service for 12 to 40 passengers in one heating cycle.
Minimal structural modification required to the G3 galley.
Two sizes of convection oven are available for installation in the aft G3 Galley:
• A 12 casserole oven
• A 28 casserole oven
The 28 casserole oven is normally installed replacing the two inboard Standard Units. However, it can be installed lower down, replacing the most outboard Atlas half trolley cart, if the two inboard SUs are required to be kept. There is an additional change for this optional location. Either one, or both, of the above ovens can be installed.
