This change replaces both ADS-B transponders with TPR-901 ADS-B out capable transponders.

Product Description
This modification consists of the following.
• Both ATC Transponders are replaced with ADS-B capable TPR-901 ATC Transponders.
• The ATC/TCAS Control Panel is replaced with an ATC/TCAS Control Panel with ADS-B Fail annunciation functionality.
• Wiring installation for ADS-B pin program is done on E3-3 and E3-2 Shelfs
• ATC/TCAS control panel wiring in the P8 pedestal is reworked.
• Correct system functionality is ensured with ground test.
